Oneida Builders Wins National CotY Award for Best Residential Exterior Project Under $100,000
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Oneida Builders Inc, in Dunwoody, GA, 2019 Southeast Regional CotY winner in the Residential Exterior Under $100,000 category of its annual awards competition. Click here for official Press Release.
Each year, NARI presents CotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This is the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. Judged by a diverse and impartial panel, CotY winners demonstrate exceptional results in remodeling projects.
The goal for this exterior renovation project was to design a front porch along the first floor of the front elevation, that would appear wrap around and provide a covered entry to the basement along the side of the home. This porch addition needed to incorporate areas for outdoor seating, porch swing and lounge area. Double French doors replaced the previous single entry and an arch to mimic the new porch barreled roofline.
The homeowners have worked with Oneida Builders before on the renovation of their kitchen and an addition to their mudroom/laundry room. Repeat clients is not uncommon, as Oneida Builders prides itself as maintaining a 98% referral/repeat client percentage with Guild Quality.

Oneida Builders Wins Gold for Residential Remodeling
The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Oneida Builders Inc. for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Bathroom Over $25,000 category for a bathroom remodel at a home in Sandy Springs. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.
The goal for this remodel was to remove the old, outdated white melamine cabinets, the large tub and the stained glass window to create a glamorous bath that resembles a hotel suite with a spa shower, marble floors with mosaic art, and beautiful custom painted and glazed cabinetry.
The homeowners have used Oneida Builders Inc. in the past for home remodels including an addition and kitchen remodel. They love the company so much that they gave the team the freedom to design the bathroom however they pleased.
The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 34th anniversary in 2014. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to now feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards, named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given, are the premier awards in Atlanta’s residential building industry.
