We are proud to announce that Oneida Builders has been selected as the 2019 Southeast Regional CotY Award Winner in the Residential Exterior Under $100,000 category of its annual awards competition. Each year, NARI presents CotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This is the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. The entries of this year’s competition totaled more than $97 million worth of remodeling projects.
For this exterior project renovation, our client had a traditional brick front facade with gambrel roof and a single front door with no covered entry. They selected Oneida Builders to improve the exterior of their home and create a complete and welcoming front entry along with a full wrap around porch. We have done other renovation projects with this client before, and they know the level of quality and craftsmanship Oneida Builders delivers. The results were a complete transformation to their home exterior and thus selected across the nation for this award category.
