About Us

Oneida Builders understands that renovating a house is much more than wood and nails. It’s making a home better for the family who resides within. It’s turning a kitchen into an inviting and functional space where friends can gather or transforming an ordinary deck into an extraordinary sunroom. It’s making the master bathroom into a spa oasis, bringing tranquility to the home, or creating a living room where families can work and play together, and so much more.

Testament to our dedication to our clients is their dedication to us. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many homeowners on multiple projects, and even acquired their neighbors and friends as satisfied customers.

TESTIMONIALS

“Rocco is the best in the business! We have used them for two major projects and are getting ready to use them again. Professional, honest, hardworking and timely – this is their norm which is very difficult to find. I would highly recommend Oneida Builders to anyone in need of a contractor.”

Steven Gold

“We used Oneida to complete a complete downstairs remodel, including moving the kitchen and bathroom. They also, came back and built a beautiful screened in porch. The work they did was outstanding, but the best part of the experience was the level of detail we received in the bid, and the communication throughout the projects. They were also very willing to listen to any concerns we had with design and quickly adjusted or corrected the issues. Thanks again to Rocco and his team!! We are very happy with the results.”

Dwight Smith

“Rocco and his team at Oneida Builders fully renovated my kitchen. Not only did they redesign the layout to make it more functional, but working with a talented designer and their cabinet builder, they gave me a beautiful end product, extra storage, and a kitchen that adds value to our home. Rocco is also very responsive and stands behind his work.”

Terri Young

“We just completed our new kitchen done by Rocco and his Oneida Builders Team! We are enjoying the new space, lighting, cabinets, appliances and great workmanship! Rocco was a delight to work with, he provided The Best Tradesmen and Expertise during the kitchen renovation. He not only was on-time but within the budget estimated cost. This was our 2nd major project with Oneida Builders and now we are planning yet another project in the near future. Great Work Guys!”

Mike Mickle

“Oneida did a complete renovation of our main floor in our home. The expertise that Rocco and his crew bring to their jobs is unsurpassed. From the first step to the last we were constantly involved in and informed about the project and the process. The level of professionalism was fantastic. Everyone was always on top of keeping the job site clean and safe for us and the crew. Rocco came in right on time with his forecast and we love every day in our new and improved space. We cannot recommend Oneida highly enough!"

Chris Tice

“I can't say enough good things about my experience with Oneida, Rocco, and the Oneida team. This is our second remodel with Oneida. I have done 8 remodels, personal and business, and Oneida is the the only contractor I would call a second time! I had a hard deadline for this one and Oneida finished ahead of first 12 week time estimate. The punch list was minimal as they do it right the first time. I have the most spacious laundry/pantry/mudroom and the most spectacular, luxurious primary bathroom. If you want it done right, use Oneida Builders!"

Beverly Foster

"Rocco and his team at Oneida Builders did a fantastic job on the renovation of 2 bathrooms in our home. We had a plumbing issue in the upstairs bathroom that ultimately caused a leak into the powder room below, forcing us to redo both. We hired Oneida Builders and not only were our plumbing problems resolved, both bathrooms turned out beautiful! Rocco paid great attention to detail, they stuck to the schedule for an on time completion date, their craftsmanship was exemplary. I would use Rocco with Oneida Builders for any future renovation."

Denise Chastain

"Rocco with Oneida Builders is my go-to. He is the only contractor I will ever use. He has done multiple projects for us through the years: master bath reno, porch enclosure, laundry room reno, and most recently complete basement finishing. Rocco has plumbers, electricians, HVAC, drywall, and painters that have worked with him >10-15 years. He is punctual, attentive, responsive and has structured a great team behind him. He will always go above and beyond any task asked of him. Oneida's finished product is exceptional."
